Exercise Type: Walking , 30 Push ups on knees and 2 -30 second plank holds
Description: Went walking in the neighborhood. Mainly flat with rolling hills
Duration: 27 minutes walking -5 minutes light exercise.
Reflection: After not working out for a bit. If felt good to get the blood pumping. I was trying to maintain the heart within fat burning range. Body felt good average heart was a little high I felt for not exerting myself to much. Did not feel out of breath
