Description: Walked/ Hiked rolling hills 30 push ups and 60 sec plank hold
Duration: 31.15 minutes 27 minutes walking 4 minutes push ups and plank hold
Distance: 1.37miles
Reflection: It was a little warmer today. Was more tired to get out and exercise. Trying to maintain my heartbeat within 117 range. The hills were a little more strenuous today. I could feel myself out of breathe walking the hills. Definitely have been eating better and trying not to eat after 8 pm. I felt like had more energy throughout
