Description: Went walking at lunch today at work Mainly flat 1.19

Reflection: Middle of a busy week. Find I am not getting enough sleep. Forced myself to get some exercise in. Lots of home work. But it felt good to get some blood pumping. not what I wanted to accomplish this week. My weight is still maintaining
