Exercise Type: Walking , 30 Push ups on knees and 2 -30 second plank holds, 30 squats
Description: Went walking in the neighborhood. Mainly flat with rolling hills Did 5 minutes of Plank and push ups. 30- squats
Duration: 49 minutes walking -5 minutes light exercise.
Reflection: End of a busy week. Went to work in the morning and than came home and worked with the horse. We lifted a lot of horse panels. My upper body is sore. Still managed to get a walk /jog in. I went running for a little bit and tried new breathing techniques. It is tough breathing in and out through the nose. Hopefully next week will be more running not walking.
