Description: walking back hill in neighborhood and Interval training in the house 30 second planks,30-squats, 30 push-ups.50 bicep curls,50 jumping jacks, seated twists for 30 seconds., 30 seconds of mountain climbers, 60 star hops, 50 front shoulder raises Average Heart Rate 132bpm

Reflection: Busy week with lots of school work. Didn’t want to do cardio . So i did exercises that I use to do with my boot camp. Was sore from yesterday but it felt good moving again.
