Exercise Type: Walking , 30 Push ups on knees and 2 -30 second plank holds, 30 squats

Description: Exercised throughout the day. Didn’t get a full workout out at one time

Average Heart Rate: 128 bpm

Duration: 40 Minutes

Reflection: Busy week with lots of school work. Felt good to fit in workout. Body is not feeling as sore
