Exercise Type: Walking , 30 Push ups on knees and 2 -30 second plank holds, 30 squats

Description: Walked in the neighborhood. Rolling hills.

Average Heart Rate: 130 bpm

Duration: 37 Minutes

Reflection: Pushed myself a little further today. Breathing was more controlled. Ran a couple of intervals during the walk.. And did more hills. Felt like I put in good work
