Exercise Type: Walking , 30 Push ups on knees and 2 -30 second plank holds, 30 squats

Description: Walked in the neighborhood. Rolling Hills

Average Heart Rate: 119 bpm

Duration: 62 Minutes

Reflection:  Went a little further today. Breathing is getting better. Resting heart rate and Active heart rate are improving. Didn’t feel out of breathe, Felt like I could go a little further.
