Description:  4 Circuits Rest 60 seconds in-between 25 Squats, 25 walking lunges, 25 Jumping jacks, 10 squat Jumps, 10 reverse lunges, 10 push ups, 20 mountain climbers, 25 leg raises

Average Heart Rate: 126 bpm

Duration: 32 Minutes

Reflection: Today I did not walk. I worked on light cardio vascular training. Muscles    were sore afterwards. My body like the variety
