Exercise Type:  walking and yard work. 30  sit-ups and 40 second planks
Description: Walking , rolling hills and plank challenge
Average Heart Rate: 121 bpm
Duration: 49 Minutes
Reflection: Walked for a half hour and did yard work afterwards. racked and walked up and down hill.  Resting heart rate and Active heart rate are improving. Average heart rate has come down within fat burning range. Been a pretty long week but feels good to get the exercise in.
