Exercise Type: walking and yard work. 30 sit-ups and 40 second planks
Description: Walking , rolling hills and plank challenge
Average Heart Rate: 121 bpm
Duration: 43 Minutes
Reflection: Walked for a half hour and did yard work afterwards. Stacked a wood pile and did some sweeping the exercise in. Heart rate not as high not sure if watch was working
