Exercise Type: walking , Sit ups and Crunches, Push ups, lunges
Description: Walking , mostly flat ground
Average Heart Rate: 121 bpm
Duration: 94 Minutes
Reflection:   Went for a walk came back and worked on my core and my legs. A little more sore today. Probably from the workout yesterday. Good to get the lactic acid out.
