Interval time at 60 seconds, 50 seconds, 40 seconds and 30 seconds.  10 Stations

Average Heart Rate: 134 bpm

Duration: 51 Minutes

Reflection:   1st time back at interval training but felt refreshed. Little sore and within fat burning range.  not out of breathe. Could keep the pace
