Description:

60, 50 40, 30 Second intervals with 10 Stations

Average Heart Rate: 129 bpm

Duration: 45 Minutes

Reflection:   Abs really sore today but can feel my body making changes. A little under the weather. Didn’t drink enough water.  Maintaining pace with the cardio and working on not having to do modified exercises. Stayed within fat burning range
