Exercise Type: Running, 25 Push ups on knees / 35 situps 60 seconds
Description: Class session Went Running 3 laps around the block in 2 sets. Said to be 400 meters.
Duration: 42 minutes Running in intervals and 2 minutes of push ups and sit-ups
Reflection: I was little nervous going into class wondering if I could keep up with the other students. 1st lap on the run I found my breathing to be off. I did that lap in 3:06 minutes. I realized that it was really a mind game. But was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to complete 2 laps at a time the second time around. I controlled my breathing I di fast pace walk and then picked up my pace ending at 7:38 minutes.
