Exercise Type: Walking , 30 Push ups on knees and 2 -30 second plank holds, 30 squats

Description: Went walking in the neighborhood. Mainly flat with rolling hills Did 5  minutes of Plank and push ups. 30- squats Heart rate 119bpm

Duration:51 minutes walking -5 minutes light exercise.

Reflection: End of a busy week. Find I am not getting enough sleep. Pushed my self to walk and take the hills at a faster pace. My heart rate was within the fat burning range I was looking for of no more than 120. I want to start working to running
