Exercise Type: Walking , 30 Push ups on knees and 2 -30 second plank holds, 30 squats

Description: Walked in the neighborhood. Hills

Average Heart Rate: 125 bpm

Duration: 72 Minutes

Reflection: Feel like I can push myself a little harder. Ran a couple short spurts within the walk. Resting heart rate and Active heart rate are improving. Average heart rate has come down within fat burning range. Getting more distance in and less time.
